meet the owner

Ivan, the owner of Canasta Chicken, grew up in the kitchen, surrounded by his family’s restaurants and butcher shops. He spent more time in those bustling kitchens than outside playing, and even when he could barely see over the counters, he knew food was his true passion. Canasta is special to Ivan for many reasons, but above all, it’s the love passed down from his ancestors that makes every dish unique.
