Introducing Ruben Rodriguez, now owner of Chula Puebla. Ruben sees Chula Puebla as a project that started almost 20 years ago with the hope of one day having becoming a business. Little by little the opportunities presented themselves, and now they have 2 food trucks and another on the way.
