The aloha runs deep within Fresh Catch Poke. With roots in the Hawaiian islands, they wanted to offer flavors that were reminiscent to Hawaii. After working as employees on the truck for a couple of years, the now owners were presented with the opportunity to take over the business. They took this opportunity to revamp the menu and rebrand to better represent the island cuisine and culture.
With roots in Hawaii, Chris always knew that if he were to start a food business it would be centered around island food. That’s why he started Fresh Catch Poke along side his business partner, Michelle!
