Magic happens when the right things come together. For Rocko's Ice Cream Tacos, it was love of delicious frozen treats, a deep desire for wholesome REAL FOOD, and a great cherished dog named Rocko.
 
Rocko's Ice Cream Tacos, a San Francisco dessert food truck catering business, was founded in 2013. They specialize in carefully crafted and custom-made ice cream tacos using high-quality, local, and organic ingredients wrapped up in one cute little package!  (RIP Chocotaco.) It all began with a small cart at the farmer's market, which grew into a more significant venture. In the spring of 2018, they launched our first physical store in Santa Clara, CA.
 
Their business practices continue to be a product of their core beliefs. They strive to produce unadulterated products sustainably while building strong relationships within their community. Pure ingredients and sincere execution mean a product they feel good about making, eating, and sharing (even with their pups—check out their doggie bon bons!). They hand-make their waffle taco cones, fill them with one (or two!) house-made ice creams, and dip them into high-quality organic and fair-trade chocolates and toppings. While they believe in transparency in their food system, a little bit of smoke and mirrors seems fitting for this product—the (not so) secret final "ingredient" is a dip into liquid nitrogen to bind all of the tasteful goodness (without any of the mess). And that first bite is... MAGIC!
