T-Mo Food Truck in San Francisco, CA was founded by Guillermo, who attracted people to his cooking with the original and homemade flavors that he learned throughout his career.

Guillermo was motivated to set out on the adventure of a lifetime to create the food truck of his dreams. With the help of his family, getting the truck up and running proved to be easier than expected.

The inspiration behind his food truck's name comes from an abbreviation of words. The "T" stands for Team and the "MO" is a nickname for Guillermo.

Thus, Team Mo was created

Opening in 2018, T-MO, the latest and greatest food truck hit the food scene. The bright red food truck was ready to accept caterings from all venues: Corporate, Sporting Events, Schools and Private Events.

meet Guillermo & Amber

The owners of T-Mo Food Truck are husband and wife named Guillermo & Amber.

Guillermo has more than 20+ years in the culinary industry. He has navigated different roles such as a line cook at bon appetit and head cook in small business restaurants. Guillermo is passionate about his business and always striving to do better.

Amber has a background in early childcare and a master's degree in her field. She supports Guillermo with running business accounts and communicating with clients and partners.

Together they make the dream team!
