After exiting her career in tech, Judy was eager to start her own venture where she could combine her passion for food with the freedom of entrepreneurship. Inspired by her love for creative, gourmet flavors, she launched Waffle Amore, a food truck dedicated to serving artisan waffles with unique toppings.
