Chef Gabriel, leading the culinary helm at Takoz Mod Mex, brings over 20 years of cooking experience to the table. Chef-operated and family-owned, Takoz Mod Mex has earned its reputation through dedication and expertise. Having honed his craft in some of the finest restaurants in the Bay Area, Chef Gabriel specializes in traditional Mexican cuisine, infusing each dish with authentic flavors and a passion for perfection.
